The F1 Driving Experience Of your Life

Being at the wheel of n F1 car has got to be one of the most thriling things you can do. The good news is there are driving experience days in the UK that will allow you to do just that. The cars are afew years old, evn these are worth a considerable packet. And of course spares are not readdily available but trust me even at low speeds these things scare the hel out of you. If F1 cars are bit over adventurous you could of course opt for the Ferrari or a smaller single seater car. Some companies offer train drives and monster trucks too. Fantasic Christmas gifts

Silverstone

Yes, I was there. Went to my first GP this year at Monaco and could I resist silverstoe? Of course not! It was a lovely day, with the sun beating down. On the Toyota stand Jano was there only 10 feet away. The closest I have been to a F! driver. The Park and Ride was great too, apart from the driver getting lost on his way back. My only moan was the price of the tickets. More expensive than Monaco and not as lose. One screen at Copse was not big enough either. Never mind still had a great day. Mark

Best Season For A While

Isn't it fantastic that at this time in the season we don't know who will win the champioship for driver or constructer. OK we can all voice our opinion, but realistically there are still many drivers in the pot. Much better than the last few years where we already knew Micheal had i in the bag. Roll on F1. Some may not like the new regs. But they certainly have aloowed other teams into the front line.

Monaco GP I am Back!!

Absoluty fantastic!!! Thats all I can say. It was well worth paying the extra for good seats too. We were right infront of the yaghts in the harbour and got to see how the others live on their yaghts too. We couls also see half of the pits, mainly the Red Bull team and DC. The amosphere throughout the Monaco streets was also superb, with F1 stalls everywhere. Food wasn't that expensive either. the weather was just right and the organisation great. I will be back next year!!! Montoya waled in front of us and my wife met "Minty" off Eastenders so she is happy! Sorry for the delay. I will write more on this later. Bye for now Mark

Ferrari !!

I am not a fan of Ferrari. Loads of money for the best driver and best car. But I have to say I am feeling a bit sorry for them now with all the press coverage. They are saying they are finished etc, etc, etc. Of course this is not true all that is happened is that they have rested on their laurels that the new regs would not have affected them as much. It is good that they are not winning every race, but I would have prefered to see them beaten like for like and not as it is now, where it is clear they have an inferior set up car. I still dont want then to win but a bit closer to the mark would be more exciting.

What has happened to JV

I have never been afan of JV. His father was a great driver and I know he was successful in the states before winning the F1 champiionship in a supperior car. Maybe it was because o the demise of Damon Hill I don't know. He slagged Jenson Button off when he joined him at BAR also. All I can say is people in glass houses should not throw stones. I think his days in F1 are numbered and really should have had more respect for his role.
